The ideal candidate would need to be able to adapt to new technologies quickly and be willing to keep you skills and industry knowledge current.Work with and direct the team’s software engineers in setting the standards for coding, testing and software quality Collaborate closely with the team’s BAs on the efficient transition of BDD’s and Swaggers to the engineers as part of the overall workflow.Oversee and assist in the production of comprehensive documentationLead the analysis and resolution of technical and application problemParticipate in and support backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, demos, and other Scrum related meetings Provide clear reporting on the status of the scope, timeline, and progress for the delivery of working softwareAssist in the prioritisation of bugs and defectsProvide technical leadership to the teams’ software engineers through coaching and mentorshipA Lead Developer with at least 7 years’ experience in development with 2 years Technical Leadership experience with a combination of following skills:CSS, HTML, JavaScript.Cloud knowledge experience/knowledge an advantageWhy work for us?
