Daniel Hardcastle has been jailed after pleading guilty
A Leeds man has been jailed for more than four years and given a three-year extended period of licence after a judge watched CCTV footage of his attack on woman in the early hours.
The neighbour saw Daniel Hardcastle repeatedly punching the woman and he interrupted the attack by shouting at him. Hardcastle, 38, of Everleigh Street, Burmantofts, was arrested and he eventually pleaded guilty to a charge of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after the CCTV footage was served on him.
