Eleven Leeds United players have already pulled on their international colours
Leeds United's international contingent enjoyed a strong start to the recent bout of October fixtures with their respective countries. Whites' trio; Joe Rodon, Ethan Ampadu and Daniel James were called up to Wales' clash with Gibraltar, but it was just the latter of the trio who got some minutes.
The young Leeds United midfielder played the full 90 minutes as the Three Lions picked up their first point of their UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualification. Sticking with the young Three Lions, Darko Gyabi and Mateo Joseph lost 2-0 against Romania Under-19s.However, Charlie Cresswell enjoyed a much better outing with the Under-21s, playing the full 90 minutes as Lee Carsley's side thrashed Serbia 9-1 at the City Ground.
A win for Steve Clarke's side would have secured them qualification for the EURO's in 2024, but they'll not have to wait until the clash with Georgia next month. Over in South America, Leeds United loanee Luis Sinisterra came off the bench in a 2-2 draw against Uruguay.
