Savannah Daisley, 45, faces four counts of aggravated sexual assault on a boy aged 14 to 15 in late May.

Prosecutors have served parts of the brief of evidence on Daisley's lawyers but a Manly magistrate was today told police were seeking to set aside a subpoena concerning information sourced from a different case. The court was not told details about the other case, whether Daisley was a victim or offender or who issued the subpoena.Prosecutors will be expected to serve the complete brief of evidence by that day – September 21.

Daisley is the founder of Smart Cleanse - a 14-day detox program inspired by an American cellular biologist who believes toxins, stress and negative beliefs cause 95 per cent of disease. "It is not uncommon to lose 5 kilos in the 1st week, and 2-3 kilos in the 2nd week," her website reads. She is also the daughter of racehorse breeder Ross Daisley, best known for sprinter and sire Choisir, which won the Lightning Stakes and Royal Ascot's Golden Jubilee Stakes before standing at a fee of $33,000.
