LEGOStarWarsTheSkywalkerSaga's new DLC based on TheBadBatch and TheMandalorian Season 2 releases today in honor of StarWarsDay.

In honor of today’s May the Fourth celebrations, WB Games is releasing new LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga DLC based on The Mandalorian season two and The Bad Batch. With roughly 300 playable characters at launch, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga already boasts a massive roster of heroes and villains from across the nine mainline Star Wars movies, and even more have been added in the form of DLC packs.

This wave of new LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga DLC isn’t stopping anytime soon, though it will remain limited to characters despite some fans hoping for new levels based on their favorite Star Wars films and shows. A recent leak revealed the character icons for the upcoming LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Mandalorian Season 2 DLC Pack, which includes fan-favorite characters like Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan Kryse.

Star Wars Day, or “May the Fourth” as it is also called, is held every year in honor of the massively successful Star Wars franchise, with fans all over the world gathering to celebrate the series and Lucasfilm often making surprising announcements about future Star Wars media - video games included. This year’s Star Wars Day festivities are already in full swing, with Fortnite re-releasing a wide range of Star Wars-themed skins, items, and Quests from past Seasons.

In the meantime, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has been hailed as one of the most ambitious LEGO games of all time, and its roster of playable characters is growing once again thanks to today’s The Mandalorian Season 2 and The Bad Batch DLC packs. These characters are now available to purchase as either standalone character packs or as part of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga’s Character Collection pack.
