Lennon Miller is determined to enjoy life on and off the pitch after being thrust into the Motherwell team at an early age.

The 17-year-old admits he still enjoys a “carry-on” in the youth-team dressing room despite becoming a key member of Motherwell’s first team.Motherwell’s youngest ever player made his debut last season and started this term as a 16-year-old but he started in their first six victories and the team did not win for two months after he fractured a kneecap.

But he still gets the chance to enjoy his youth with his peers despite having the full trust of his experienced team-mates.“It’s gone a lot better than I could have imagined, to start the season playing games and to feature so much. “I just go on the pitch and try to enjoy the game as much as I can. I have just tried to take it in my stride and the experienced players have helped me with that.”

Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
