Re: “Tenant wins against all odds — Judge awards $5,000 in damages to woman struggling for years to get her apartment repaired,” Thursday Metro & Business...
Readers applaud Brittany Jones for her success in her tenants’ right suit; advocate teaching the unvarnished truth; deplore how leaders run the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services; would like more research and answers about fossil fuel use; and would like better training for poll workers.
I have been a property manager for over 25 years and will not work with any owner who does not allow reasonable repairs on their property. Not only is it illegal, it’s unethical. Education on critical race theory and awareness of LGBT stories are necessary to form compassionate youth who are armed with factual information in hopes that knowledge inspires passion. Passion that will make improvements. Passion that will be uplifting. Passion that will give youth the desire to be active in making positive progress in their communities and in their country. Sharing the truth is not indoctrination.
