Another was an 89-year-old retired organist from Richardson. All were delightful, interested and intrigued — and it’s because of Grigsby’s writing. The law should also ban the electronic freebasing of poisonous nicotine — also known as vaping. As with tobacco, it is still illegal to poison people, no matter how slowly you do it.
When Republicans are asked about gun violence, usually the first thing they say is, “I am not going to take away anyone’s Second Amendment rights.” They never go on to say what can be done about gun violence within the constraints of the Second Amendment. Reading it gave me a feeling that it’s going to be a wonderful Christmas for ERCOT and bitcoin miners, but perhaps not so good for those of us who are ratepayers, taxpayers and ordinary citizens.
