Lexus brought designer Hideki Yoshimoto’s ‘Beyond the Horizon’ to Milan’s Art Point, part of its ongoing series of collaborations with Fuorisalone

, his vast installation for Lexus which occupies Art Point at the Superstudio Più in Milan. Polished floor mirrors simulate a serene water vista and a row of ten towering black sculptures – ‘soldiers’ as Yoshimoto calls them – guard the installation, all of which is set against a large projection screen illustrating the horizon’s evolving panoramas from dawn to dusk. ’s seascape photography, a reference that clearly delights Yoshimoto, who happens to be a fan of the Japanese artist.
