NSW Opposition leader Chris Minns thinks the NSW government’s housing scheme is “very expensive” to the state’s budget.
“95 per cent of first home buyers will pay no stamp duty or a reduced amount under Labor rather than the Premier’s plan which will
see you pay an annual fee to the New South Wales government,” Mr Minns said during the Daily Telegraph’s Future Western Sydney Summit.
