The NSW Liberal Party has expelled upper house MP Taylor Martin after an investigation into a complaint from a former federal MP.
Upper House MP Taylor Martin has been expelled from the NSW Liberal Party more than nine months after a former female federal MP lodged a formal complaint against him, which included allegations he described her as a “dumb slut” and a “pig”.

In Friday night’s statement, the NSW Liberal Party state director Richard Shields said he had acted “quickly and decisively” and expelled Martin after receiving the report.“The NSW Liberal Party expects the highest standards of behaviour of its members and elected representatives, and will continue to strive to ensure those standards are consistently upheld,” he said.Wicks declined to comment.
