Bridget Archer has denied Peter Dutton‘s claims that he had a private conversation with her after she voted against his push for a probe into Indigenous child sexual abuse.

Bridget Archer has crossed the floor more than 27 times since she joined federal parliament in 2019. Picture: Gary Ramage/NCA NewsWire Following her decision to reject Mr Dutton’s child abuse motion, reports re-emerged that Ms Archer’s more conservative colleagues were working behind the scenes to oust the outspoken moderate ahead of the next federal election.
