The Australian’s Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan says the Liberal Party “have given up the fight”.
“One of my criticisms of the Morrison government is that it’s tried to neutralise all the big arguments in Australian politics; it hasn’t
tried to win a single big argument,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin.“They haven’t prosecuted the case this time – they’ve simply surrendered.”
