Controversial Victorian Senator Lidia Thorpe has announced her shock decision to quit the Greens amid ongoing division between her and her party colleagues over the Voice to Parliament.
Ms Thorpe's resignation comes on the first day of the Parliamentary calendar for 2023 and will throw a major spanner in the Greens' legislative agenda.
