With temperatures continuing to soar, Lidl shoppers have praised the bargain retailer's "refreshing" freeze pops.
The budget giant sells Mocktail Mix Freeze Pops that come in boxes of 10. Contained within are three different flavours: Piña Colada, Mojito, and Hugs on the Beach. While the £1.25 flavoured ice sticks do not contain any alcohol, they are designed to taste like the three popular cocktails. For those struggling to stay cool in the heat, they could be a cost-effective solution.One shopper who spotted the ice lollies in their local supermarket was quick to share the news with others online. Writing on Facebook, they said: "Ideal for the hot summers, from Lidl's £1.25.
Before long, the post had attracted more than 1,100 likes and a staggering 1,700 comments.
