A community living next to a 'chaotic traffic hotspot' in Nottingham have spoken of the struggles they face on a daily basis. Radford Road in Hyson Green is often described as one of the busiest streets in the city with 'nowhere to park'.
Regulars to the shops on Radford Road said they struggle to find somewhere to park in the area. Stefan Ion, who is a resident and also runs a business in the area, was handed a parking ticket on Wednesday . "There are so many shops on this street. There should be some parking available. It is one of the busiest streets in Nottingham. It is always congested, it is an absolute nightmare.
Zoobia Badar, who runs Sheeba Collection on Radford Road, added: "It affects my business because customers have to rush in, get what they need, and then get out. They risk getting a parking ticket otherwise."
