Journalist Lisa Wilkinson is suing Network Ten for $370,000 in legal costs, which have been racked up so far fighting the defamation case brought against her and the network by Bruce Lehrmann.
Mr Lehmann was not named in the interview, though he claimed he was clearly identifiable to politicians and staffers who knew the pair. He later launched defamation action against Wilkinson and Network Ten, as well as News Life Media and its journalist Samantha Maiden earlier this year.
