AFL: Former Demons great Garry Lyon has slammed the AFL for stealing young Suns star Mac Andrew from Melbourne.
Either Gold Coast or Melbourne can keep their season alive for at least another 24 hours as they meet to begin Round 23’s Super Saturday.
Both the Suns and Demons entered the weekend mathematically in the finals race, though they would need a miraculous set of circumstances to make the eight. More realistically both sides are playing to end their season on a high note, with Gold Coast hoping to post the first winning season in club history.
