Traffic is at a standstill and there is three miles of congestion
Two lanes have been closed on the A1M Southbound following a multi-vehicle crash.
Around 5pm today it was reported that lanes two and three are shut. It comes after a crash, involving several cars, happened between J45, near Wetherby, Leeds, and J44 near Boston Spa, Leeds. There are three miles of congestion, a number of delays, and standstill traffic in and around the area and traffic is backing up as far as York in North Yorkshire.
