BREAKING: Leeds trains cancelled due to serious incident on tracks
A person has been hit by a train with Northern services cancelled or delayed across Yorkshire
Multiple trains have been cancelled across Yorkshire this morning as emergency services deal with a serious incident on the tracks at Sandal & Agbrigg,. Trains between Leeds and Doncaster have been cancelled with Northern reporting "severe" disruption. The 5.58am, 6.25am and 6.31am trains between Doncaster and Leeds have all been cancelled with disruption expected until 8.30am. Northern says on its website: "Due to the emergency services dealing with an incident at Sandal & Agbrigg all lines are blocked.
"Train services running through this station will be cancelled, delayed or diverted. Disruption is expected until 08:30 24/04. Train services between Leeds and Doncaster and between and Sheffield via Moorthorpe are currently being disrupted due to emergency services dealing with an incident in the Sandal and Agbrigg area."
