US President Joe Biden has pressed the US Congress to pass a $106 billion supplemental spending bill, with the bulk of the money going to bolster Ukraine's defences and the remainder split among Israel, the Indo-Pacific and border enforcement.Moldovans are casting ballots in nationwide local elections as authorities say that Russia has been conducting"hybrid warfare" to undermine the vote in the European Union candidate country.
"On November 4, the Ukrainian army launched 15 cruise missiles at the B.E. Butoma shipyard in the city of Kerch," Russia's defence ministry said, according to state media.
