Lebanese people who have been displaced for weeks have started to move back south as a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah holds.
The ceasefire promises to end a the conflict across the Israeli-Lebanese border that has killed thousands of people since it was ignited by the Gaza war last year. But what's happened in Lebanon since September has given Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a lot of what he wanted.These are three major things Israel has achieved with its devastating response to the Hezbollah rocket and drone attacks that have pulled Lebanon into the Gaza war.

The length of time was a key demand by Israel to allow it to resume its fighting if it believes Hezbollah broke the agreement.This will also give Israel time to return the thousands of its evacuated citizens back to the north. It will ultimately also make room for the million Lebanese who were displaced to return home.
