MORNING BRIEFING: Lawyers are firming up a class action against Anglicare after 19 residents died at its Newmarch House nursing home and a man is facing several charges after four teens were injured during a 20-person brawl at the weekend.
Lawyers claim the aged-care facility breached its duty of care to patients.
National Practice Leader Lisa Flynn said the law firm would allege the aged-care provider was negligent in its handling of the crisis and breached its duty of care to residents.
