The partner of a South Sydney woman allegedly killed in a domestic violence incident will face court today after being charged with murder last night.
The 39-year-old woman was identified as Lynda Greenwood, who had an apprehended violence order against the man until 2021. The reforms will also allow complainants to give evidence in closed courts or remotely via video link, which currently requires the court's permission.
