Officers are on the scene on Hawk Close this morning. Residents report police presence since around midnight on Monday , with a portion of the road still taped off.
Smashed glass can be seen on the floor in pictures from the cordon. The exact nature of the incident is not yet known.Greater Manchester Police has been contacted for more information.
