Police have closed off a section of a South Belfast road after a substance was located in the area.Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes when travelling.
Parents from a nearby primary school have also said that they have had to take their children home early due to the ongoing incident.spokesperson said: "Due to a report of a substance located at premises, the Carolan Road area of Belfast has been closed this afternoon for the attendance of emergency service colleagues. Motorists advised to avoid the area and seek alternative main routes for their journey.
