MLAs will return to the Assembly chamber in an attempt to elect a new Speaker and progress the legislation
Stormont will be recalled today in a doomed bid to progress stalled laws on organ donation.
But the DUP has made clear it will continue to block the election of a Speaker, meaning no other business can be discussed.An opt-out donation system was passed by MLAs last year, but secondary legislation required to implement it has been delayed due to Stormont's collapse.
