There are currently a number of cordons along Dale Street and a heavy police presence
Following the incident a number of businesses on Dale Street have closed.
Alessio Carlisi, a worker at Carlisi, did not witness the accident but said he saw “a gentleman lying on the floor". He added: "So many police and ambulances arrived. The whole street is blocked off. They arrived about 40 minutes ago. There are a lot of them, a lot.”Gareth Morgan, the owner of the Dead Crafty Beer Company has also closed his shop after the incident which he said happened at around 3:45pm.
