INSIDE NOTRE DAME: Footage shows smoldering interior of Paris' iconic Notre Dame cathedral. Firefighters this morning declared success in their battle to extinguish the flames that engulfed the building.
"When you see it from the outside, it's still standing, and that is quite a miracle," Pécresse said in an interview on ABC's "Good Morning America" Tuesday morning.
