Trent Alexander-Arnold and Thiago Alcantara injury latest as Liverpool prepare for Europa League clash away to LASK
Liverpool limbered up for Thursday's Europa League opener against LASK with an open training session on Wednesday afternoon.
Trent Alexander-Arnold and Thiago Alcantara were not involved in today's session in front of the media as the pair recover from their respective hamstring and hip issues. Elsewhere, Jarell Quansah was fit to take part after suffering a minor injury in the closing stages of Saturday's 3-1 win over Wolves.
Ibrahima Konate, fresh from his cameo at Molineux, was also involved as he looks to make his first start since the win over Bournemouth last month on Thursday, while captain Virgil van Dijk may also be involved having not played since his red card against Newcastle on August 27.
