The latest Liverpool transfer news and rumours as clubs have until 11pm on Friday night to complete their summer transfer business.
There is just a matter of hours left for Liverpool and their Premier League rivals to complete their summer transfers. The deadline comes at 11pm on Friday night. For the Reds and Arne Slot it has been somewhat of a frustrating window so far. The club did however complete their first signing of the summer this week with Georgi Mamadashvili joining from Valencia , he will spend the season on loan back with his former club.
He also made three Premier League 2 appearances for the club's development squad. There now seems to be a race for his services before the end of the transfer window. Liverpool are closing in on a deal to bring Federico Chiesa to the club before the end of the window. If a deal is completed, then he will become the second new signing under Arne Slot after the arrival of Georgi Mamadashvili on Tuesday.
