Five years after acquiring specialised clinical health business Habit Health, Livingbridge is thinking about an exit.
Private equity investor Livingbridge has called in the bankers to help consider strategic options at specialised clinical health business Habit Health, fuelling expectations of a $250 million-odd sale.
Habit Health is New Zealand’s largest provider of integrated rehabilitation, occupational health and fitness services, a makes about $NZ25 million in earnings a year. It specialises in physiotherapy, pain management, massage, sports injuries and the like. Analysts reckon the business could fetch 10 to 12-times earnings, based on similar transactions in the sector. Suitors will be looking to see how Habit Group, already the biggest operator in its market, plans to grow earnings in the coming five to 10 years.
