Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is delayed into Summer 2024 LollipopChainsaw LollipopChainsawRePOP
The upcoming remake of Suda 51 action game Lollipop Chainsaw, now entitled Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, has been delayed into Summer 2024.
The remake was originally announced last summer, and was expected to release in 2023. However, as developer Dragami Games revealed to fans, though the project now has an official name – Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP – it won’t make that original deadline. “RePOP’s release delayed to summer 2024 for the best gaming experience. Apologies to fans waiting for the latest Lollipop Chainsaw installment, thank you for your understanding.”.
Announced last July, the project raised some eyebrows when it was revealed the remake won’t involve original creative director Goichi Suda, otherwise known as Suda51, or indeed Hollywood director James Gunn – the game’s original writer who is of course now in charge of the DC Cinematic universe.
There’s still no official platforms for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP at the time of writing, but hopefully we’ll hear more in the future. If you’ve not checked out our
