Great news 😍
Blackpool's new indoor food hall is just weeks away from opening. Abingdon Street Market will see food vendors take over the former indoor market right in the heart of Blackpool town centre.
The team, who also run various other bars and venues in Blackpool, including Common and Dirty Blondes, have brought in six local independent food vendors, while visitors will also get the opportunity to sample drinks from one of the multi-purpose venue's two bars or coffee shop.Vendors will be confirmed in the coming weeks. Later in the year, Abingdon Street Market will also feature a number of retail units with a range of products on offer, from fresh produce to handmade crafts and gifts.
Little Blackpool Leisure is run by James Lucas, Andy Shields and Jake Whittington and they revealed they had taken on the ambitious venture, which will have seating for 250, six food vendors and two bars, back in March. The team said: "We're so excited to finally open the doors to the new version of Abingdon Street Market and get to see this new phase in its long heritage begin.
