"Overnight temperatures in a lot of places aren't going to dip below 25 [degrees Celsius] in the south-east of NSW, the ACT and over western NSW," she said. "We've got fires in the landscape in areas that haven't seen much rain recently — they missed the rain that the north got earlier this month.
