From the 29th of August to the 7th of October 2024, The Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup Barcelona welcomes five Challengers —Ineos Britannia, Alinghi Red Bull Racing, Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli, NYYC American Magic and Orient Express Racing– to face off with the Defender, Emirates Team New Zealand.
The Louis Vuitton Cup, founded in 1983, celebrates prestige, innovation and performance across two worlds: fashion and sailing. The two institutions share the same passion for innovation while pertaining to its centuries-old traditions. Both utilize the same approaches in 3D design and sustainable and lightweight materials, whether it be in creating Trophy Trunks or the foils which allow the AC40 and AC75 to glide seamlessly through the water.
