One resident heard music 'as clear as day' in her flat
A motorcyclist from Sleaford who had his right leg amputated following a crash has completed a five kilometre walk in aid of the Richard Whitehead Foundation, which promotes sport for people with a life-changing injury.
Andrew, a father-of-two married to Anthea, 56, suffered life-changing injuries including a brain injury, fractures, dislocated joints and nerve damage when a car pulled out in front of him in Sleaford in 2019. “I’ve always tried to be a positive person and drew on that. While I lost my leg I also felt fortunate that I didn’t lose my life in the collision.
