Love Island fans have noticed a hint suggesting that the show's brutal Twitter challenge may be making a return after being absent from the show for the last few years
Love Island's brutal Twitter challenge, which had previously been titled Twitter Bingo, Online Bingo and Online Buzz, may be making its return after being absent from the show's most recent series.
It was last seen in 2019, under the name 'Online Buzz' and was met with claims of faking tweets, after Molly-Mae Hague was accused of coupling up with Tommy Fury to better her chances of winning the £50,000 prize. However, one fan has noticed a hint that the challenge may be making it's long-awaited return. Twitter user Sana Rising noted that the show's Twitter account has added a disclaimer to its bio, which reads: "#LoveIsland, & @LoveIsland tweets and replies may be used on social, incl your name and/or Twitter handle"
However not everyone was convinced with one pointing out: "I hope they do bring the Twitter Challenge back this Season—but I’m also sure that they’ve had this in their bio for a while now? I definitely saw it at the beginning of the Season."
