This throwback fashion trend is set to dominate the 2022 LoveIsland villa 🤩 *affiliate
With a new season of Love Island just around the corner, the show has already made headline news after it was announced that this year’s contestants would no longer be dressed by fast-fashion brands – instead, they’ll be sharing second-hand clothing from e-tailer eBay UK.
While Amy predicts that many of this year’s Islanders will opt for brightly coloured clothing unisex styles and timeless classics like the little-black-dress, a look she’s expecting to dominate the villa this summer is the Y2K trend, with styles inspired by the early 2000’s. “This theme is full-on Britney Spears and Paris Hilton circa 2000, which has now been translated to the wardrobes of Dua Lipa and Bella Hadid for 2022,” she explains.
