A lucky street in Leeds has bagged a jacket of up to £3,000 thanks to the People’s Postcode Lottery. Players who live in Grange Park Road, LS8 3BT were announced as winners this morning .
Some 20 players across the country have a chance to win a £1,000 jackpot prize every day with the subscription lottery service but this doubles to £2,000 if they play with two tickets or triple to £3,000 if they play with three. Players, who have to pay a £10 monthly subscription fee for a ticket, can also win £30,000 every Saturday and Sunday.At least a third of the revenue from ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £900m to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
The Postcode Lottery says: "Players sign up with their postcode and pay £10 per month. They are automatically entered into every draw and prizes are announced every day of the month."
