Rich lister adman John Singleton has listed his Killcare acreage on the NSW Central Coast just ten months after buying it for a suburb record of $15.85m.
has put his Central Coast retreat on the market, 10 months after he paid $15.85 million – and more than $1 million in stamp duty – for the resort-style acreage in October last year.
However, the marriage lasted less than a year, with news of the divorce going public in March. Given the luxury acreage was intended as the pair’s matrimonial retreat, it’s little wonder the now-surplus-to-needs retreat has appeared on the Sotheby’s real estate sites, listed with agent Clint Ballard. While there’s no formal price guide, it’s understood the campaign will be guided by market feedback now that it’s been openly offered to the prestige market.
The private coastal retreat is located next door to Central Coast restaurant and boutique accommodation venue Bells at Killcare, which Mr Singleton sold in 2017 after a decade of ownership.
