Steve Rosich, who resigned as CEO of the Victorian Racing Club, is selling his Toorak penthouse, while former David Jones CEO Mark McInnes has completed his mansion upgrade nearby.
have listed their Toorak penthouse with a $5.3 million price guide a month after the racing heavyweight announced his resignation after four years in the top job.
The couple’s three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse is on the market with Kay & Burton’s Andrew Sahhar, who says the listing is suited to well-heeled downsizers. Late last year, Mr Rosich negotiated a broadcast deal with ASX-listed wagering giant Tabcorp and Channel Nine , whichhave inked the last deal needed to complete their trophy upgrade.
