In an emotional Instagram post, Married At First Sight's Shona Maderson revealed she's not only found self-love, but has moved on with the 'kindest soul' following her split from groom Brad
During her time on Married at First Sight UK, Shona Manderson was undoubtedly on an emotional rollercoaster with her now ex-husband Brad Skelly.
But it appears that Shona is moving onwards and upwards in the outside world and has not only found self-love, but a romantic spark with someone else. Shona then went onto explain that she felt "blindsided" in the experiment as Brad would constantly say "I love you" following any arguments they had. "That’s when I finally woke the hell up. It made me look within and question why I put up with this behaviour, why being loved was so important to me and finally why did I lose myself so much in that relationship. I realised deep down I needed to love myself more."
