AustralianSuper's fall is significant because it is the nation's largest super fund, worth $261 billion with 2.7 million members, and 90 per cent of its members are invested in the fund's balanced option. "Now, to put that in perspective, US markets are down already 23 per cent. The Australian market is doing better than that at the moment," Martin Lakos from Macquarie Wealth said."So that would suggest there's certainly more volatility to be had."
