All 16 waste and recycling centres will be subject to new opening times
There are a number of household waste and recycling centres across the region, and their opening times are all about to change.
People from across Merseyside and Halton use the 16 sites to get rid of waste, bulky items, and recycling. From Monday, April 1, people will be able to access the centres for longer as new opening hours come into effect for the spring and summer months.
The centres provide a popular service for residents and can become extremely busy at peak times so visits should be planned carefully.
