Judicial registrar Tim Freeman told the court the trial date for the case has been set for April 28, 2025, at the Latrobe Valley courthouse.Erin Patterson returned to court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. Picture: Jason Edwards / NCAMs Patterson faces three counts of murder over the deaths of her former in-laws Don and Gail Patterson, and Heather Wilkinson - Gail's sister - who attended a lunch at the 49-year-old's Leongatha home in July 2023.
