Instant Brands, whose products also include Corningware, said it plans to keep operating while it restructures, and toward that end has lined up $US132.5 million in financing. “The company’s entities located outside the US and Canada are not included in the Chapter 11 filings.

Three people killed and three more injured after major Nottingham incidentThree people have been found dead and three more injured after a series of major incidents in Nottingham city centre on Tuesday morning. Police said they were called just after 4am local time, where two people were found dead in the centre of Nottingham. Officers were then later called to another incident nearby, where a van had tried to run over three people. A third man was also found dead nearby. Police believe all three incidents are linked and have arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of murder. A number of roads in the area have been closed.
