A teen has been arrested after allegedly making threats while armed with a machete, just hours after a shopping centre was plunged into lockdown.
The teen, who was detained by security, has since been arrested and charged with making threats to kill and being armed with criminal intent.The incident comes after patrons detained another man who allegedly had a knife.
