A man has been charged with murder following the death of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel at her home in Liverpool last month.
Cashman was arrested on Thursday, September 29. Russell was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender on Friday, September 30. The force has made 11 arrests as part of their investigation into the murder, but this marks the first charge to be brought. Olivia was taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital following the shooting but was pronounced dead. The shooter had fled the scene as she lay dying in her mum's arms.
