A 38-year-old man is accused of fatally shooting another man in Stemmons Corridor Monday afternoon, according to Dallas police.

Carlos MacAnthony Cobbs, 38, faces a murder charge in the slaying of 45-year-old Paul Zapata Ramirez. His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A friend of Ramirez’s told police that Cobbs and Ramirez got into a fight when Cobbs told Ramirez to leave, police wrote in the affidavit.
